It’s a little disappointing he didn’t make it into the full game, but $2 isn’t a lot to ask for a whole playthrough with a new character.About This Game Mega Man Legacy Collection is a celebration of the 8-bit history of Capcom’s iconic Blue Bomber. I feel a sense of closure having finally learned who the final character is. 
Of course the special stages are a mystery, but Endless Attack Mode is likely a new iteration of the infinite randomized level generator featured as DLC for Mega Man 9.
